Adding Ghost Social Web notes to your website

Today I released new versions of Ghost ActivityPub Embed component with Follow/Copy Handle buttons and some edge case fixes.You can check latest version from GitHub: GitHub - synapsmedia/ghost-activitypub-embed: Web component to display ActivityPub feeds from Ghost blogs
