Hello all,
The out of box plugin offered by AMP is amazing and works as advertised. However, the AMP pages are bare-bones and they use a minimalist theme which is completely different than the original theme.

Does anyone have any experience / insights on the AMP pages on traffic / search rankings? Would a plugin that offers AMP pages whilst maintaining the same UI/UX and branding experience as original website help?

Hey!

This is already handled in themes 😊 Ghost comes with an `amp.hbs` template which is suitable for most publications, but you can customise this template in your theme to add features or styling if you wish.

We have a [tutorial](https://ghost.org/tutorials/custom-amp-themes-2/) about this - which explains the `amp.hbs` template and AMP restrictions when it comes to customising it.
