Would it be possible to have a toggle to turn off the members feature?

In Ghost 3 you could choose whether the members area was activated or not in the Labs section. With Ghost 4 this has been disabled and members are on by default. However, I’d argue most existing Ghost users aren’t using the members feature. If you’re running a portfolio or a corporate website having a membership model doesn’t make sense. Would it be possible to have a toggle to turn off the members feature? This would remove the extra JavaScript that is being loaded on the site, the revenue fea…
