Hello,

We have customdomain[dot]com where we host our website and customdomain.ghost[dot]com where we host a blog.
We forward all traffic from customdomain[dot]com/blog to customdomain.ghost[dot]com/blog.

We want to update the XML sitemap on Ghost, from [customdomain.ghost.com/blog\*](http://customdomain.ghost.com/blog*) to [customdomain.com/blog\*](http://customdomain.com/blog*)

Is there any other way to achieve this besides using the Ghost subdirectory.

Thank you.
