# "channels" or "collections" for my blog?

I’m enjoying diving into Ghost this morning…

In short, I’d like to have a **homepage** of recent content, with a separate **archive** page - similar to what you can see on [ZenHabits](https://zenhabits.net/archives/)…

Am I right in saying that, to do this, I should use ‘Collections’ rather than ‘Channels’?

There are quite a few ways to do this! I would probably stick a **channel** on `/archive/` and then follow this guide for styling ideas:
