I appreciate that we can do pretty much all comment moderation from within the admin panel. But, the one thing we cannot do is reply. For that, we have to go to the article.
I can see the logic of that if the comment section was long and multi-threaded. But being able to reply to a comment when viewing it in the admin area would remove quite a bit of friction in that process.
