Constant 500 errors when using Admin Console

My site is working fine, news.atozofcyber.co.uk

Howevever, I am having constant issues with the admin portal. I am paying for Ghost Pro , but when I try to login, it will regect the 2FA code on first try, and work second try with the same code.

When I am finally into the Admin panel, I cannot get to any of the sections, they return a 500 Server Error.

It is preventing me from creating new articles and administering my news section of my site.

I am a new customer, (~ 1 Week) and this initial experience has been terrible, Ghost Pro was recommended to me by quite a few existing users so I had high hopes.

Does anyone else suffer this annoyance constantly?

I am using Latest version of Google Chrome to administer,
I have 2FA configured on the account
I have tried clearing all my cache etc
I have tried using Incognito mode
I have tried forcing a logout and then clearing all the cache again before retrying

I am not running Ghost on a server, this is within the Ghost Pro admin panel, I serve the stories and newsletter list via APIs.

Welcome to Ghost!

Since you’re on Ghost(Pro), there is, unfortunately, very little we can help you with her, since this is a community forum. To figure out what the issue is, we’d need to see server logs − and with Ghost(Pro) these are restricted to the Ghost team.

I know it’s unsatisfactory, especially on a Sunday, but the best way to solve this is to get in touch via support@ghost.org. From what you’re describing it does sound like a server issue, so not something you could influence with your browser.

Thanks,

I have already submitted a ticket, but it was on Friday night UK time, so I won’t see a reply until Monday at the earliest :frowning:

I was hoping that others may have seen the same issue, and have a super secret toggle to enable/disable that makes the issue go away.

It may be worth trying another browser and/or turning any plugins/ad-blocking off. :)
