Hi all, trying to install a custom theme. I navigate from Settings > Design to Change Theme, where I click “Upload Theme.” The screen grays out but nothing else happens. Pop-ups are enabled. Any ideas?
@TBC Have you checked your custom theme using the gscan tool? If not, I would suggest doing that as a first step.
@TBC there is a bug (fixed ready for next release) where the upgrade notice isn’t shown when you attempt to upload a theme whilst on a hosting plan that doesn’t support custom themes.
