Is there any way to customize the editor settings. For example, I do not want contributors to set the post url in the Editor.

No, there is no way to customise things like that. Post URLs are automatically set from the title so that would be difficult to do in any case, however contributors can’t publish anything so an editor/admin/owner would need to review the post and change the url if needed before publishing.
