How can I change this default text: “Don’t miss out on the latest issues. Sign up now to get access to the library of members-only issues.”?

I don’t know what to look for.

You’ll need to edit the relevant .hbs file for the theme, and re-upload. The file can vary according to the theme you use.

Hi,

Since you are using the **Journal theme** you need to change the text in the theme itself.

I’m going to assume you know how to download a theme on Ghost and open it on Visual Studio Code (or another text editor), so I won’t give instructions about that.

The theme file you want to change is called **default.hbs**

Then look at line 57. Change the text inside the div the to text you want.

See the screenshot below.
