G’Morning Everyone!
I just installed Ghost with Dawn theme and tried customizing the footer but failed.
I followed some suggestions to modify files:
1, \<default.hbs\> in:
/content/themes/Dawn-main/default.hbs
/versions/5.97.0/content/themes/casper/default.hbs
/versions/5.97.0/content/themes/source/default.hbs
2, footer.hbs in:
/versions/5.97.0/content/themes/source/partials/components/footer.hbs
but nothing changed

or Is there availlable instruction or recommendation for me to align the elements, change some texts and links ie. “powered by Ghost, Copy right…”

Many thanks

If the theme you have installed is “Dawn-main”, then I’d have expected that editing /content/themes/Dawn-main/default.hbs would cause visible changes, although of course it depends on what you changed. I’d head back to /content/themes and see what folders are there. All themes (except Source and Casper - they’re weird) live in that folder.

[For anyone wanting to edit Source or Casper, it’s a good idea to make a copy of them into /content/themes, so that they aren’t overwritten when you upgrade. Folks in managed hosting can accomplish this by downloading a copy of the theme, then uploading the downloaded copy (presumably after making changes…)]
