Or do they only get sent newsletters for posts I mark as being for members only? I would like to post publicly but still have all members get the post as a newsletter. I assume that is how it works but cannot find confirmation.
When you go to send your newsletter, you can select who receives it. :) See step #4 of this doc: How to send emails to your audience
