# Ghost Export plugin for WP not working

The wp export plugin isnt working for me.  
Here is a screenshot of what i see after waiting 3 minutes for it to load:

And here is a video for a true time view:

It eventually goes to this directory:  
/wp-admin/tools.php?ghostexport=true&submit=Download+Ghost+File

This happens whether i hit the json or the zip file.

Anyone solved this problem before?
