As some who has recently added two ‘Starter’ plans I’m not sure if I’d agree that they ‘created confusion without helping anyone’ .

I think the detail is in the amount of support tickets we got about “why is my website slow” (“because there’s no CDN in the Starter plan and you’re trying to access the site from the other side of the planet”) and “can’t you make a one-time exception to upload this theme for me”

For those that already have a Starter plan nothing will change though.
