Ghost instance is stopped, but blog still running

Ghost service is running and listening on port 2368.

COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE/OFF NODE NAME
node 343170 ghost 19u IPv4 338283591 0t0 TCP localhost:2368 (LISTEN)

BUT there is no ghost instance running. there it only one instance, and it stopped.

How to shut down the old process?.. when I’m killing it by PID it restarts automatically.
Is it will delete my old blog data?

In your ghost directory:
Output of ghost ls?
Try ghost stop, ghost restart, …
