Giving photo credit to a gallery

Hi all,
I want to give photo credits to the images in a gallery. Luckily, all photos come from the same source so I just have to include one photo credit.

How can I do that? I checked the forum but couldn’t find anything.
This is the gallery where I want to provide photo credits but don’t know how to at the moment:

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Simon

This is a normal picture where I have given photo credit in the description underneath the photo.

Would it work to center the text?

Something that makes the text in that same style is to use the old way of aligning text or by using divisions.

  1. Start a new line.
  2. Type “/” to get the pop-up to choose a card for HTML
  3. Use <div style="text-align: center">Photo credit</div>

This hacky and a workaround that relies on the fact that Ghost automatically always uses the caption font and footnote font (by accident? on purpose?) when you use <div>.

Interesting. Thanks for the quick response.
I will try that.

I just thought that this may be related to a theme. I use the current default theme of Source (was Casper), and when I start a gallery card, there is a spot for a caption for the whole shebang.

Maybe an update at some point fixed this. Maybe it is theme-dependent? I am on 5.122.0.

Works like this:

Fair point.

I use the Aspect theme from Priority Vision.
