Help - how to access blog text

I managed to completely screw up my upgrade to the new version of Ghost.

I’m at the stage where I just want to save the text from the posts. I can see and download the images through cPanel (content/images) but for the life of me I cant find the post text anywhere.

Can anyone help out a complete idiot?

The post content is stored in your database.

Your config file contains the configured database client and credentials.
