Help me understand how to modify signin page

I have a server with multiple ghost installations.
I need to modify the user signin pages in order to send a callback on successful login.

I think that the page that I need to modify is the following: Admin/signin.hbs at 0f7bf091f477e0187925c9b1936a683ab3b16b25 · TryGhost/Admin · GitHub

But I can’t find the page on disk.
I have no experience with npm and node.
