I want to move the pictures from the old site to the new site so that they are routable at their old address. On the old site all pictures are in a folder called portals/_default/... So i created that folder in the Ghost root and put a .jpg in it and typed in what the URL would be into my browser and I get a 404.

I added a jpg to https://thousandislandslife.com/portals/_default/picture.jpg but it it not routable even though the permissions seem to be the same as images in the content folder.
