# How to add Vimeo Video to newsletters

Hi, I often add Vimeo videos to my posts? But when I send posts via newsletter the Vimeo vids don’t show up. So, the reader sees everything else but no video…Any solutions?

Most embeds don’t work in email. That’s an email client security limitation.

A workaround would be to make a hyperlinked screenshot or title screen image and include it in the email. Of course, not all mail clients load images either, but your success rate will likely be quite a bit higher.
