How to configure Nginx as a reverse proxy for Ghost

Hello,
I need to install Ghost with integrated discussion engine called Talkyard. To do so, I have been told to configure Nginx as a reverse proxy for both Ghost and Talkyard.

How can I install Ghost with Nginx as a reverse proxy?
