How to make custom blog structure

I want to make blog on ghost with next type of structure:

mysite.com/Blog - here is main blog (for example with default template)
mysite.com/Libraries - here i want make “blog” where i will publish all libraries in my city (i dont want make it by Tags, because i wanna see diferent designs in main blog and price of libraries)
mysite com (main page) - here i want to show newest post from 2 my blogs (

How can i do it with ghost? I need to make hard-customize template?

But can i make dynamic routing now or shoud i wait new update?)
