# How to set post image from a URL?

Hi All, I recently migrated my blog from 0.x to latest version (1.24.4) and I used set post images for all my posts using external urls, Now it seems like I have to either upload it or get from Unsplash.  
Is it possible to give it my external URL as it used to be?

No, it was removed in 1.x

There are already issues related to it. The most relevant is [8032](https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/8032)
