Hi, I suggest that you write them an Email with your Questions instead of using the Forum. :wink:

You can find the email on this page however it says the email is for ghost pro members.

For better help maybe we can help you if you atleast what the general topic is about.
You may also have some luck (But I personally wouldnt recommend it since its just not cool) contacting some of the staff that are active in the forums. such as @Kevin

I once wrote an Email to support@ghost.org and of course I was very polite and maybe because of that I got an answer after a couple of Hours from @Hannah directly.

Maybe it’s still the same, maybe not. Try it out and if nothing happens after some Days you might try a different Approach.
