I just followed the Digital Ocean Installation guide… And only had to redo it using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost because of something I don’t remember very well 
I’m not an expert on using a terminal, I really just follow instructions. I been trying to use selfhosted Ghost for months, and only this week I managed to put my instance online… So yes, maybe there are a few things missing! But it’s ok, I’m just experimenting!
