# Import failed: Value in \[settings.type\] cannot be blank

I am trying to install a ghost json from older version to newer version ghost but getting the following error.

> **Import failed**
> 
> Value in [settings.type] cannot be blank.
> 
> {“key”:“routes\_hash”,“value”:null,“created\_at”:“2021-01-24T23:30:21.000Z”,“created\_by”:“1”,“updated\_at”:“2021-01-24T23:30:21.000Z”,“updated\_by”:“1”}

But same json file can be imported in v3.29.2 but v3.41.2 does not support

Ayone can help please?

Old version was, 2.12
