# Imported Members Disappeared

I recently moved my paid subscribers over from Substack.  
Everything went smoothly, but when Substack disconnected my Stripe account to remove their fees, I also lost all my subscribers on Ghost.  
I have reconnected Stripe with Substack, but Ghost still will not import the subscribers. When I do the import, there are errors with every member and so none of them are added as members on Ghost.  
Is there a way around this?

It’s possible that Substack have cancelled all of your Stripe subscriptions - does that seem to be the case in your Stripe dashboard?

It would be useful if you could provide the errors when importing them, as this would help determine the cause!
