GhostPro user here. Since Tuesday of this week I’ve been experiencing an issue when trying to drop internal link bookmarks in posts.
Whether I just copy and paste the link in the editor or use the bookmark card the result is the same - spinning wheel for a long time and then it eventually just goes to the plain URL text link instead of displaying as a bookmark card.
I contacted Ghost support on Wednesday, got a response on Thursday. at which point they logged in and replicated the issue.
They responded further today saying they have had other reports and are working on the issue but it was at least partially resolved and it should load the bookmark properly now but may take some time and they don’t expect a full resolution until sometime next week.
But it is not even partially resolved for me. I’m still experiencing the exact same thing when trying to insert any internal link in any post. I wrote back and told them that this morning and have not received any further response.
I’m disappointed and frustrated - in the 5 years I’ve been using GhostPro I’ve needed to contact support only 3 other times and each time I received an initial response within hours and a full resolution within 24.
Is anyone else having this issue with internal bookmarks and is this the level of support GhostPro users are really getting now?
