Is there a way to edit the footer? I want to add a link directed to my privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Welcome to the Ghost community, @Marshall_Vulta.

The easiest way is to go to Navigation, and add the page links to the secondary navigation.

If you want to modify the footer, you’ll need to locate and edit the relevant theme .hbs file, and upload the modified theme.
