Limit words in title and limit the creation of tags

Hi there,

I want to know if it is possible to do those things:

  • Is there a way to had a certain number of words in a title, to limit words in an article title, like for the excerpt? I’ve seen it on other themes, so I assumed it is possible.
    I tried this {{title characters=“20”}}, used for excerpt, but it don’t works. I tried the same with words too {{title words=“20”}}. But it don’t works too.

  • Is there a way to force writers to use only tags the administrator created? So writers can’t create custom tags?
