Link to web version of newsletter - before it is sent & published?

When a newsletter is sent there is a View In Browser link…

Is there any way to include this link inline in the Newsletter?

The link/page (“web version”) does not exist until the newsletter is sent, so I’m at loss on how create a link in the newsletter to the web version. Any ideas?

Are you saying that you’re after the link with the added parameters for tracking, as opposed to just the regular URL?

More or less, I want to add some parameters and a #thing to the regular “View in Browser” URL
