Logo and navigation text renders slightly differently on some devices

I’m having a strange issue where on a small number of devices, the site logo and some text render differently.

On iPhone, Mac, and pretty much every Windows PC that isn’t my own, everything looks sharp and clear like so:

On my Windows PC (across multiple browsers) and for someone else on a Windows PC, the logo is slightly fuzzy, and the text looks a little more jagged:

I suspect it might be a resolution settings thing on certain devices, as increasing the site zoom in the fuzzy instance seems to make everything clearer, even after I zoom back in to 100%, but that it renders fuzzy in the first place, even if it’s for a small number of users, doesn’t give off a great first impression. Hopefully there’s an easy fix here that I’m blanking on.

The site is hosted through Ghost(Pro) using the Gazet theme by Bright Themes. Thank you in advance!

I think your Windows PC display has a lower DPI, so low resolution. Mac and iOS devices has a high DPI screens, and upscales all content to show everything very sharp. You can check and confirm the resolution and DPI of your Windows PC display with others.
