No upgrade notification on blog hosted by Ghost

Hi all,

I’m wanting to upgrade to the latest version of Ghost on my companies production blog (https://why.workwithmad.com/).

The blog is hosted by Ghost, however I haven’t received any notification to upgrade even though it’s hosted by Ghost.

Is there a simple way to upgrade from the backend or do I need to work with the CLI?
