Not receiving verification email

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to sign into Ghost Pro on a new device, but after entering in my username and password I get this message:

“It looks like you’re signing in from a new device. A 6-digit sign-in verification code has been sent to your email to keep your account safe.”

The problem is, whenever I request a code, I don’t receive it to my email address. Any idea what the issue might be, or is this something I just have to wait out?

Definitely check your junk and spam folders. And clutter, and promotional, etc etc. And if you’ve got big institutional/company email, possibly their spam quarantine.

If you don’t find it, you can contact Ghost Pro support at support@ghost.org. This is a community support forum, so while I can tell you that these emails sometimes end up in the wrong folder, I don’t have any access to see where that specific email went. :slight_smile:

Thanks, Cathy. I’ve checked everything, even under the cat, and no email! I’ve sent an email to support, so fingers crossed I can get it sorted soon.
