# Portal Settings Unavailable

hello, The portal settings preview isn’t showing, and also setting and account tab empthy, see screenshot. What is the cause?

It’s possibly the same issue as this [Post preview is blank - #6 by TheMadMan007](https://forum.ghost.org/t/post-preview-is-blank/24009/6) - can you check the steps in there and see if they help?

Either way, no-one can tell you exactly what’s wrong from the screenshot. Can you share the errors from the developer tools console tab? (right-click on the page and choose “Inspect” to open the developer tools)

I get two cookies warning missing samesite attribute.

Sounds like you have your site’s `url` configured to `http` - it will need to be `https` for previews to work because browsers have started blocking non-secure iframe content. Same issue as in [Post preview is blank - #6 by TheMadMan007](https://forum.ghost.org/t/post-preview-is-blank/24009/6)
