Is it possible to run ghost on heroku under an Express route?

Before 2.0 we just required ghost as a npm package required it and mounted it on a route with some config options.

This doesnt seem to work with 2.0.

What’s the approach to use here. Also ps. Were not using nginx. We have heroku.
