I’m keen to add a section below the main hero image on the Souce theme, to incorporate some introductory text, say a heading, sub heading and intro text. Not much, just enough to give some further context to the site.
Can this be done with just CSS/code, or do I need to edit the Ghost files. (Not done that before) or do I need to hire someone to do this, if so who? Don’t have much in the way of budget to play with though as client is my local village and they have to ask for funding to get work done. Open to hear how best to tackle this.

I would like to know exactly what to do. It sounds as if it could be done in a very short time. So I don’t see any problem with the cost.
