Simple Payment Status for paid writer

Hello all,

I have an idea about paid contributors and and paid authors. because in my case, every writers can be paid.

it simple step,

  1. add Finance Role -> only can view post and edit payment status
  2. Payment Status in post only can be viewed in admin :
Payment Status : Not Paid, Free, Paid
Paid Amount : Decimal (18,2)
Proof Of Payment : Image Upload

Honestly I am working on it in my free time, but I just afraid my custom code will be lose after merged with new update. So i post in this forum, hope you think this is good.
