Stripe Products not being created

Ubuntu 20.04 VPS with 1&1 Ionos

When someone tries to sign up for a paid subscription it makes an endless loading circle on the submit button:

And when I try to give a complementary subscription this happens:

I’m assuming this is an issue with the Stripe Products not being created, I’ve tried re-linking my Stripe account and creating a brand new Stripe account with the wizard, I’ve also re installed ghost twice.
