It seems right now that the check-in flow is mandating that the client proceed through their private mail service in order to access the site’s private features.

This doesn’t seem like a great way to retain viewership as you are essentially mandating that your clientele move away from the content you are trying to pitch them on.

If the inbox of the person you are trying to court as a private client is filled with more urgent matters than a subscription service which they may or may not have ultimately vetted it could cause a deterrence to viewership as that person is essentially not being retained due to the product flow that the customer is facing. What sort of features can we propose as countermeasures in order to retain viewership?
