I have some working Ghost themes but which have messy CSS and Javascript in the code.

I need to hire someone to optimize and clean up and simplify the underlying code – to remove all unused/un-necessary and repeated portions of the code.

I would also like to modernize any of the code if there are any opportunities to make anything more efficient.
