# Unable to reset my password - Reset Password link doesn't work

Hello,

I can’t log in to my Ghost account. My email address is recognized, but my password doesn’t work.

My Ghost account email is: [zz1318099@gmail.com](mailto:zz1318099@gmail.com)

I requested a password reset and received the reset email. However, when I click the “Reset Password” button, the link redirects to:

[u31863324.ct.sendgrid.net](http://u31863324.ct.sendgrid.net)

and I get this error:

DNS\_PROBE\_FINISHED\_NXDOMAIN

Because of this, I can’t access the password reset page.

Could someone please help me reset my password or provide a working reset link?

If you’re on managed hosting, it’s best to reach out to your hosting provider.

`u31863324.ct.sendgrid.net` resolves for me, so you might want to check your DNS settings - maybe you’re on a custom server that’s blocking it?
