Hello, we have a blog with ghost: [hype.ghost.io](http://hype.ghost.io) We have created a custom theme, built on ghost 1.22.5, but the online version is 0.11.12. What do we have to do to update the version without losing anything? Because we have used some features of the template that are not available in our version. Sorry for my english, thanks for the reply ---
