Upgrade at a discount for current paying members

I think you can create an offer for a higher tier that’s discounted, and just send it to your members on a lower tier. I don’t think you can /enforce/ that it only works for them.

BTW, what Stripe does when a user changes plans may not be what you expect. Some discussion here:

I’m currently in test mode on Stripe, which affects my testing in some ways, and I’m trying to figure out what happens in this example: User signs up for $10/year Basic Level. User manages their account and chooses to change their plan to $20/year Premium Level. What is the specific behavior for their account and their charges? Are they charged the difference, the full price, or a prorated price? Is extra time added to their subscription or does it start from scratch with another year added…

I recommend hooking a local install up to Stripe in TEST mode and seeing what happens in various scenarios, to make sure you know what you’re expecting to happen.
