# Very high CPU usage

Ghost version : 2.8.0  
Ghost CLI : 1.9.8  
Node : 8.12.0

Ghost consume very high CPU often. I am using mysql DB and systemd for process manager. CPU spikes after every one or two days.

Hey!

I’d suggest upgrading your node version **to the latest v8.15.0** before we try to find the cause of your report in Ghost.
