@Hannah may I propose that you share the “perfect way to report a bug/glitch”.
Most none-dev people are not comfortable to do this (and are not used to talk directly to developers). I’m sure you can point out a few issues on Github that are perfectly drafted. I have my idea but I feel you are in a better position to say “this is the way”.

Code is submitted to master because of
master on the main repository always contains the latest changes. This means that it is WIP for the next minor version and should NOT be considered stable. Stable versions are tagged using semantic versioning.
