Can I link from a post image

I can insert a post image into my page, how can I add an outbound link to that image? I can do this easily with my inline ghost images.

I have this page MinIO Hybrid Cloud Object Storage Available on Red Hat Marketplace and I would like to have the post image at the top link to another page MinIO Multi-Cloud Object Storage on Red Hat Marketplace - United States. Is there any way I can do that?

You’ll have to update to version 4 as this functionality was added in one of the 4.x releases. Although it’s not mentioned on the Using the Editor page, there’s now the option to select a link via the dynamic menu:
