Our website is hosted by AWS, our ghost login is suspended, how can we make changes?

And what exactly is suspended? What do you see when you go to your Ghost login?

we get a server doesn’t exist error when logging into ghost

That doesn’t sound like a Ghost error but rather like you’ve got an issue with your infrastructure on AWS.
