Dynamic data in blog post

Hi there!

Im trying to make a blog post with some data in it.

Example - The price of Apple Stocks in realtime. This value will update each 30 seconds for example.

I will get the data via an API i think.

Can anyone help me realise this? I saw there are many secondary apps that work along with Ghost.

Any help or info would be appreciated!
