Good article, but can I offer a bit of formatting advice?

Lose the bold text. It’s distracting. There’s plenty of research behind eliminating extraneous formats.

What?? I prefer the bold text. It draws my attention in further.

I’ve been working as a freelancer since 2012 on Upwork (formerly oDesk). Nowadays, the freelancing market has become extremely competitive, and many new freelancers expect to earn money overnight.

But true success doesn’t come that easily. It takes passion, dedication, and patience to build a lasting career.
